Delivery Schedule

Orders will usually be despatched within 24 hours. You will normally receive your order in 3-10 working days. International orders are generally received in approx. 14 working days.

If you would like to receive your purchases extra fast please contact us about special delivery options.

Delivery outside the EU

Customers outside the EU should take note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be levied against your purchases. It is up to the customer to check a) that the goods are legally allowed to be imported, & b) if customs charges will be applied.

Returns Policy

We hope that you'll be delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you're unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.

Cutie Pie Kids Clothing are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will only give a refund provided all goods are returned in the same condition they were sold – unworn, unsoiled, with labels & tags (if sold with labels & tags) intact & in original packaging.

If items are returned with no exchange needed, whilst in most circumstances, the customer will be refunded in full for total cost of goods, postage cannot be refunded. If you need to return an item please email returns@cutiepiekidsclothing.com to get a returns code before you send it.
