How long does delivery take?

Items are shipped by Royal Mail. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours(excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). UK customers can expect delivery usually between 1-2 business days, in Europe it’s 4-10 business days & rest of the world is 5-20 days.

How safe are my credit/debit card details?

To process our payments we use PayPal or Google Checkout, 2 of the most trusted names in the business. We never get to see your card details. At the point of checkout you are passed to Google/PayPal for payment processing. All payment details are entered on the secure servers of your respective payment provider.

Why do some products have marked tags or no tags altogether?

Due to legal requirements some high street stores require us to remove tags or mark tags (or both).

All of our stock is brand new, original, free from defect & comes from genuine factory overruns.

This is where the factory has produced more stock than the retailer requires & so sells it on to businesses like us.
