* In very rare circumstances, usually only with very large orders, we have to adjust our shipping charges. You will be contacted & your agreement sought before you are charged & your purchases shipped.

Delivery Schedule

Orders will usually be despatched within 24 hours. You will normally receive your order in 3-10 working days. International orders are generally received in approx. 14 working days.

Customs Information

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country, because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you wherever possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
