Returns Policy

All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble returns policy.

We will only give a refund provided all goods are returned in the same condition they were sold – unworn, unsoiled, with labels & tags (if sold with labels & tags) intact & in original packaging.

If any items are returned and no exchange is required, whilst in most circumstances, the customer will be refunded in full for total cost of goods, postage cannot be refunded.

When returning an item please email returns@cutiepiekidsclothing.com to get a returns code before you send it.

We would advise you to get proof of postage when returning your item, especially if you are overseas.
